In this episode, I share my coming out story while Leo tries not to get cancelled. It was kind of nerve-wracking revisiting these emotional moments so I'm glad Leo was sensitive enough to hold back his dad jokes in between. Nevertheless, it was reassuring to look back at how far I've come after being scared for so long. Little me would be proud *wipes tear*.
We also talk about Leo's first time being exposed to gay people, the difficulties that come with being queer, and the double standards surrounding certain members of the LGBT community. With our (very first) special guest, Clint, we explore the differences between the LGBT culture in the western world and the Philippines. We realize that this topic can be very sensitive so we attempt to keep the conversation light-hearted and insert our mindless banter to cheer up the situation as much as possible.
