I find a reason to change.
Change may not be a four-letter word, but sometimes it sure feels like it. We can get ingrained in the "same-old same-old" and not feel like there's any reason to change. Or at least we don't see one, and perhaps even more importantly, we don't want to see one.
I think we can all recognize that many things need changing... whether on a large scale, as in planet-wide, or on a more personal level. However, we must be cautious to not make the change process be based on a "not-good-enough" attitude or a lack of respect and love, both for ourselves and for others.
Andy Warhol said "When people are ready to, they change". So maybe the question to ask ourselves is: Am I ready to change? And to help us answer that question, we can look at the consequences of not changing, as well as the end results of the changes we choose to make.
Today, I am ready and willing to make changes in my life.
