Description

“We are surrounded by more people than ever, but yet people describe being lonelier than ever.”

In this episode Emma shares the 3 types of connection that are all vitally important to feel grounded, connected to our purpose and understand that we have the ability to influence something bigger than ourselves.

Connection to self

Connection to others

Connection to something bigger than us

Emma came to this project by being responsive to her intuition and the things that feel right- spiritually, emotionally, intellectually.

“Things just flow… when you are faced with a challenge it still feels it’s going in the right direction. The more aligned and in flow we are, the more we attract the positive.”

Writing this chapter was difficult for Emma and challenged the limiting stories she had been telling herself.

“Flow and alignment is not all unicorns & rainbows”

There is so much richness in Emma sharing how she walks her talk, as she asks others and herself to step out of our comfort zones, and form connections. From which we ultimately experience love.
