Description

This week Jordan is joined by Kate Gobes, a counselor and passionate advocate for neurodivergent people. She tells her story of being diagnosed in her late 20s and the self-rediscovery that came after.

Kate also talks about her work with autistic and ADHD people in individual and couples counseling, and her work in grad school developing a framework to help neurodivergent people think about their differences in a more accepting way.

You can learn more about Kate's practice at embodiedboundaries.ca or check out her TikTok at tiktok.com/@embodied.boundaries. You can also reach her via email at kate@embodiedboundaries.ca.

Kate also mentions the work of Sonny Jane Wise, whose work you can find at livedexperienceeducator.com.

Production and music by Jordan Lane.
