Welcome to the Episode 112 of the Podcast and the Arts and Wellness Wednesdays.
In today's episode I look at ways in which we can get ourselves in and out of feeling overwhelmed by the things that we do. Our creative projects and challenges can make us feel stressed out if we have given ourselves too many things to do. I found that when I did the pastel challenge I underestimated how I would feel at the end, but because I knew the feeling I was able to better manage things. How do you manage your work flow?
The Good news for the podcast is that I am going to keep the format the same for the time being - I like having the 3 different episodes each week rather than everything all lumped into one. You have a choice to listen to just one or all three, you can also download the episodes for future listening. Let me know if there were any specific arts and health topics that you would like me to cover on the show, and I will add them to the list.
As the pastel challenge has come to an end I have created prints and other accessories that you can take a look at HERE
If you want to look at some ways in which to get back into your creative projects, I have posted two videos on my YouTube channel working in your Art Journal and working with leather - chamois and creating your own stencils - great fun.
On Wednesdays we focus on the Arts and how it can impact our health and well-being. I will be talking with artists, looking at activities that you can do to be more creative across the board and for those who are carers tips and strategies that you can use. I will also be sharing reviews, resources and other insights. I will be looking at the nuggets that the artists share and see how we can apply it in some way to our own lives, what ever your interests.
