Welcome to today's Episode - 117 I still look at the numbers and am amazed at how you can have an idea and see it grow over time, it is a very fulfilling feeling and really great to look back at the growth.
How are you feeding yourself? If you drive you have to have your car serviced and maintained to ensure that it will take you where you want to go. So with our bodies, in total we have to be mindful about how we are treating it as we expect that it is going to work for us.
