Today the topic is Love. I also share about a couple of exhibitions that I will be showing some work in a Bank in Bridgetown Barbados and the Parliament Buildings - really excited for both. I have also been doing a 100 Day Challenge and creating 100 Pastel Paintings. I just recently added on a video element where I share a video of me creating the paintings on a weekly basis.
As you listen to the recordings, It can be really great to pull out your art journal/Journal and express what comes up for you either with images and colour, with words or with both.
