Welcome to Episode 110 and Fridays Inspiration post to get you set for the weekend and the week ahead. Today I talk about Gratitude.  Can you think of things that you can be grateful for this weekend.  It helps us get a better perspective on our lives when we daily identify some of the things that we are grateful for.

The best way to utilize these weekly 'Friday Shorts' is to spend time meditating on the words and allowing them to permeate your inner consciousness.

Think about the changes you would like in your own life and the step or steps you would like to take. Take out your art journal and be creative, use colour, texture, whatever you feel inspired to use.
