I finally made it back into a local CrossFit competition here in Charlotte, NC after a long hiatus
.
From this experience, I wanted to share some “within competition” recovery tactics I incorporated between events in order to perform as optimal as possible

And,

Some “post-recovery” practices I relied on to prevent the negative effects from high-intensity effort output from this single-day competition so I could feel better within a 24-48 hour period
