Training age does not truly mean how many years you’ve been exercising, per se.
It’s more about the invested time you have truly put forth into digging deeper into exercise/training for specific goals such as sport competition / health longevity / wellness gains / etc.
There are three (3) “categories” I would like to expose you to in order to see where you see yourself fit:
I have personally taken on these principles / categories of progression over the past 4 years within my health & fitness journey & could not be more happier as to digging deeper into my WHY to my training game plan!
I attribute my gains to the Functional Bodybuilding concepts that SHOWN me how I can keep myself resilient to injury & experience less burnout!
