But first, let’s define what intermittent fasting (IF) is:
IF is a time-restricted window of not eating
Typically a 12-18 hour “fasting” period
Which means an “eating window” of 6-8 hours

From research & personal experience insights, I believe that IF can be a fantastic tool for:
Helping mitigate digestive issues
Promoting weight loss / decreased body fat
A busy work schedule & travel lifestyle
Religious purposes & personal beliefs system
