Starting his career as a U.S. Navy Public Affairs Officer and later as the communication head of several for-profit entities, he has a wealth of first-hand knowledge in dealing with a broad range of issues, including mass layoffs, large-scale accidents, product recall, inappropriate acts by executives and more. David is an Accredited Public Relations specialist who received his master’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University and a bachelor’s of arts degree from the University of Maryland. More than 90 percent of his new clients come through personal referrals.
