Stephanie is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gallantry Coaching & Consulting. She is a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and a nationally recognized speaker and Certified Trainer of the New York Times Best Seller, The 12 Week Year.
Stephanie’s most recent experience in corporate America was gained at Northwestern Mutual in Colorado—a Top 5 producing office in the United States. During her tenure at Northwestern Mutual, Stephanie held the roles of Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Growth Officer, and Chief Development Officer. Prior to her time with Northwestern Mutual, Stephanie was Vice President of Mortgage Finance at Pulte Mortgage in Colorado.
Stephanie's practice spans multiple industries including finance, accounting, real estate, healthcare, insurance, IT and marketing. She has partnered with Fortune 500 CSuites, front line leaders, corporate team members, entrepreneurs and everyone in between.
With more than 2 decades of coaching experience, Stephanie became a certified trainer in 2019 for a global initiative led by Google called #IAMREMARKABLE. In addition to delivering #IAMREMARKABLE to underserved segments of financial and real estate industries with over 500 attendees, she has continued to cultivate her experience as a scalability expert and delivered training on Unconscious Bias, Diversity and Inclusion 101, and The 12 Week Year developed by New York Times Best Sellers, Brian Moran and Michael Lennington.
Stephanie is a 3rd-generation native Coloradoan who enjoys travel, skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her four children and husband, Dan.
