Eliza, Ruben and Jake soldier on as we welcome leatherworker, model, illustrator, and friend of the show Lyric Wilson to discuss her Bay Area history with Eliza and to talk about being a person who makes things with their hands! Currently, Lyric runs the leather shop Xenolux on Etsy where you can find a myriad of hand-made leather goods. Part one includes a lengthy discussion about working in California's The Bone Room, the easy money and inherent awkwardness in figure modeling, and the struggle to simply be a person who creates, without all that business nonsense.
