Hi! Iām Clare.
It is my mission in life to help people heal after narcissistic abuse.
As an adult daughter of narcissist parents, sadly I have decades of experience of narcissistic abuse
My father is an overt narcissist and my mother is a covert narcissist. Neither of them has been formally diagnosed by a health professional.
I reached this conclusion after hours of research because for years I knew that my family set up was not healthy or normal.
How can I help you?
My intention in setting up Come Back Brighter is to let everyone suffering know that they are not alone and that it does get better.
I know the heartbreak, utter despair, the loneliness and the deep vulnerability you feel.
My desire is to help in any way I can and to accelerate your healing process.
You are an incredible person who can achieve anything you dream of. You just have to believe.
Through many mistakes and much time wasting, I have got to a good place.
I want to save you this time and energy, by sharing my experiences and knowledge with you.
