A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for May 2, 2025, to celebrate the installation of ten new temporary sculptures along Augusta's Sculpture Trail. Initiated in 2020 by the Greater Augusta Arts Council to promote public art and economic activity, the trail features rotating collections of artwork available for purchase.
The event will include speakers, entertainment, and refreshments, offering attendees a voucher for a guided tour. The Augusta Sculpture Trail, which currently showcases 18 pieces, aims to provide accessible art from various artists to the community.
