Holly directs the Bellebuono School of Herbal Medicine, providing beginner, certificate and CEU-approved courses, especially curricula for brain and mental health. She is the author of 8 nonfiction books in 3 languages with her 8th due in March: Once Upon a Place: Forests, Caverns, and Other Places of Transformation in Myths, Fairy Tales and Film. She coaches organic businesses and also aspiring authors. Holly is co-hosting Herbal Tuscany 2025 in May and June of this year to explore botanical gardens, herbal sanctuaries, and the food, wine and art of Tuscany's hilltop towns.
