Phil Monk is a father, activist and medical cannabis user. He founded the cannabis community activist group "We The Undersigned Have Human Sovereign Right to Cannabis" in 2018 which has quickly built a following and is actively pushing for change.
WTU are currently running a fundraiser "No more Government war on the CannaCommunity" having found a law firm to take on a case to demonstrate that the war on cannabis is unjust and based on misinformation.
