Rachael Todd attended a top, undergraduate business school and worked for 4 years as an overworked, sleep-deprived consultant on Wall Street. She was working so hard, she contracted an autoimmune disorder and other ailments. She saw her poor health as a sign and began a mission to rescue people from commonplace burnout and stress. She left the rat race to become a full time life coach and yoga instructor who has obtained several certifications. She has shared her knowledge on US News World & Report and Yahoo News. She has extensively studied Eastern philosophy, meditation and mindfulness for the past 8 years.
