Trauma leads to drama word to momma

Trauma is something we all deal with as human being. But our (colored people) trauma is more severe than any other nation because of the trauma we go at a very young age. From oppression, school, family, love ones, the struggle of our life is real. Trauma is defined as a traumatized situation that took place in someone lives. Like I mentioned before, our trauma is worst than others. The sad thing is we are told to keep our trauma to ourselves. Which is something we do but the problem is, holding these trauma lead to drama. Whether it’s self abuse or abuse of others. We try our best to oppress our trauma. We all create coping mechanism to deal with the trauma. Some take drugs, legal and illegal. Some drink alcohol. Some bring the traumatize act to someone else. Another traumatizing situation that I failed to mention but is very serious is traumatized for being colored. We have a lot of people mad that they are colored and because of that they bleach their skin. There are many other traumatic situations we as colored people are met with. So please tune in.
