And it’s just too good. So that's all you're gonna get. Sorry. Not sorry. Rum Runner (Cocktail)
1 part light rum
1 part dark or aged rum
1 part banana liqueur
1/2 part blackberry liqueur or blackberry brandy
1 part pineapple juice
a splash of grenadine
fresh fruit for garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain over fresh ice.
Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy!
Rum Runner (Mocktail)
2 parts rum syrup
2 parts homemade banana syrup (see below)
½ part blackberry juice
1 part pineapple juice
a splash of grenadine
fresh fruit for garnish
Make banana syrup: Freeze two old bananas. Peel and microwave the bananas in a bowl for 3-5 minutes. Mash, strain liquids into sauce pan and reduce until a syrup consistency.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain over fresh ice.
Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy!
