The Chicago (Cocktail)

• 1 part brandy

• ½ part lemon juice

• ¼ part triple sec

• ¼ part cherry liqueur

• Fine sugar

• Lemon wedge

1. Stir brandy, lemon juice, triple sec, and cherry liqueur in shaker with ice

2. Strain over fresh ice into glass rimmed with lemon wedge and fine sugar

The Chicago (Mocktail)

• 1 part unsweetened apple juice

• ½ part lemon juice

• ¼ part orange juice

• ¼ part cherry juice

• Fine sugar

• Lemon wedge

1.  Stir apple juice, lemon juice, triple sec, and cherry liqueur in shaker with ice

2. Strain over fresh ice into glass rimmed with lemon wedge and fine sugar
