Description

In a world where internships are often seen as the ultimate measure of success, it’s natural to feel anxious, behind, or unsure about whether we are truly ready for our future careers.

As part of the NUS Career Fair 2026, happening on 10 February, we’re glad to share this special episode that explores internships, career journeys, and what success really means.

Through an honest and thoughtful conversation, student hosts Bernicia and Daniel sit down with CFG career advisor Mr Freddie Lim to reflect on the pressures surrounding internships and career expectations. Together, they gently shift the focus toward skills, values, personal growth, and well-being. This episode offers a reassuring reminder that your path is your own — and you are more than your internship.
