Following a climactic exclamation of God's love in Romans 8, Paul quickly changes tone and talks about the sorrow and anguish of heart that he has for the Jewish people. Although they were entrusted with so much, many of them relied on their spiritual heritage for salvation instead of looking to Christ in faith. How about us in the American church?
