We're BACK matcha babies! And this time it's alllll about social anxiety! With a good amount of us returning back to school and work in person, it's common to feel apprehension about being in a social setting especially after quarantining for a whole year and a half! We talk about ways to identify social anxiety symptoms in this episode, and the next episode will discuss how to cope and deal with them!  And as always, please do not use this as means of self-diagnosing. If you think you have a disorder, consult your psychologist/professional.
