I had the great pleasure to interview Sophia Alcina, a sound healing practitioner, with a very inspirational personal story.
Sophia spent most of her youth suffering from chronic pain due to a bond condition that took her to have about 30 operations. One day, her body yelled at her (in her own words) and she decided to stop medication and try alternative therapies to help her control her pain.
Her journey to deal with her physical pain took her to many places and practices, until she found, or as she says, she was found by Sound Healing.
Today, Sophia is free from any pain and here is her story….
