In today's episode I'm welcoming Lisa Condon to the show and we are talking candidly about pricing your coaching programs! The #1 struggle with most coaches is they are not charging properly for their pricing. But today we are breaking through those pricing barriers and discussing not only what to charge, but how to honor your worth as a coach!
Lisa Condon is the owner of LisaCondon.com, whose mission is to spark inspiration, innovation, and collaboration through gratitude for individuals and businesses. She also owns Red Sapphire Consulting, a company that partners with individuals and businesses on creative strategy, project management, and process development. What makes Lisa unique is that she uses a combination of theory and practices from the Project Management Institute, SCRUM, EQi, and Appreciative Inquiry. Lisa and Red Sapphire have won awards in Public Relations, Event Development, and Business Solutions throughout the country. Beyond this, Lisa is the Co-Founder of Cardinal Opportunities; a non-profit that provides soft skills to underserved populations throughout the United States and the Founder of the Sussex County Chapter of Cocktails Curing Cancer. She also is the first Vice President for the International Governing Board for Delta Phi Epsilon, is an Advisor for the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team at CUNA Mutual Group, sits on the Board of Ambassadors for the Beebe Foundation, and is a member of Polka Dot Powerhouse.
In her spare time, Lisa performs on stage throughout Sussex County - most recently with the Delmarva Improv Group. She is also a published poet and artist. Her proudest accomplishment, though, is the marriage to her amazing husband Nate and being mommy to her three fur-babies Jack, Simon, and Dexter.
