"Ibalik ang Anime sa Hapon" is one of the trends for Generation Z & A2Z announced that it will air "Naruto Shippuden" in the afternoon as part of the Kidz Toontime block. Since the Kapamilya Channel & GMA have decided to go part ways with their anime shows they want to show neutral on their programming aside from anime, there's K-drama, local drama & variety programs. Most fans wanted to air anime shows on local TV & making their own anime channel, they need to find a channel frequency by the NTC & TV rating from the MTRCB.
