On this episode of The Genuine Mom Club Podcast, I interviewed Cynthia Arscott, founder and CEO of GoldMinds Canada. Cynthia is a meditation enthusiast and an advocate for total mind-body wellness. She is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator and a teacher of mindfulness for kids. She is the founder of Goldminds Canada, a mindfulness for kids organization that creates a safe space for kids to talk about their emotions and participate in fun exercises that introduce them to deep breathing, gratitude, and self-love.

Cynthia believes in the power of teaching mindfulness to children at a young age to equip them with the tools they need to be resilient, self-regulate, and build self-confidence. Her goal is to support the next generation of leaders who will change the world and to help them recognize the joy that is already waiting inside of them.
