Mrs Nneamaka Nwachuku, a microbiologist with the research institutes in Vom, Plateau State tortured her 11 years old domestic staff to death on 14 November 2022.
Nwachuku, a mother of two who did not enrol the victim in any school for over one year that the girl had spent with her, rather indulged in the daily beating of the girl until she finally died as a result of the assault.
After the recent beating, she forced the girl to sit in a container of hot water which burnt her buttocks and she died in the hospital when a concerned neighbour saw the girl in the pool of her blood on the street and took her to the Police station at K Vom, and the Police took the girl to the hospital.
