Whether you start noticing that you child could benefit from therapy services or your child's teacher suggests it, you may experience multiple feelings at once. You may feel anxious, a little worried, or may experience feelings of shame. You may also be left feeling as a "bad" parent. Don't Worry! We are addressing some of these feelings that may emerge when you are considering engaging in therapy as a support for your child. We are also answering questions that you may feel too embarrassed to ask a therapist.
