Emma set up Equine Careers in 2009 as she saw a gap in the market to advertise all commercial / office type vacancies for equine related jobs in one place. Emma won a BETA Innovation Award at her debut exhibition at BETA International in 2010, and has not looked back. The business has developed and gone from strength to strength since, starting out as a jobs board Equine Careers now offers executive recruitment services and candidate services like careers coaching and CV services. Emma visits many Colleges across the country talking about the variety of jobs available within the Equine Industry and she has sponsored the Sales Rep / Agent of the Year Award since 2012 at the BETA Business Awards.
