In today's show Lydia + Sarah process anger: where is comes from, how we can understand it and ways to cope with it. Anger is one of the more prevalent and socially acceptable emotions in our society. It has been normalized as a way to express oneself because we see it in TV, movies, and often, the homes we grew up in. Healing patterns of anger involves our ability to regulate ourselves, co-regulate other in relationships, self-express in healthy ways, cope with the waves of anger and understand our own ancestral traumas.
