In this episode, you’ll learn the basic physiology of a healthy menstrual cycle, and start to understand a bit more about the hormonal and physiological changes in each part of a menstrual cycle. We go into the phases of your menstrual cycle, and you’ll finish this episode with a MUCH more clear understanding of what a menstrual cycle entails.
You’ll also learn about period tracking, how to do it, and why it can be helpful to start period tracking if you are not currently doing it.
