In this episode, Kelly discusses how being present is much less a thought process and much more about the physical reality of being able to feel how strong our bodies actually are and if we have the courage to look inward to emotional spaces we can feel with our physical bodies.

A lot of conversations these days revolve around the concept of being present. Most conversations and books share concepts and information about becoming aware of the ego. Being aware of the ego is essential, but it is only part of the process. Learning to be present involves learning to feel and understand how to feel the physical body and everything it feels, and why and how and what happens when you do feel. The mind and its mental awareness only plays a small part in this. The mind and our awareness of ourselves is only really possible when we allow ourselves to feel and physically process our emotions and the information we feel in our body.
