Listening is a skill essential to understanding how to hear and feel our own inner voice. We often get caught in mental analysis of information until we learn to feel our minds and stop the pattern of mental analysis of what we are doing and why. Having a physical discipline to pull ourselves out or heads is important to be able to build our own personal language and context for feeling and connecting with our hearts and how we communicate with ourselves through our bodies.
