Atty. Sedfrey Cabaluna tells his story of finding his way to public service. After more than 15 years of work in media and civil service, Sedfrey finds himself ready and able to serve his fellows Ilonggos as City Councilor of Iloilo City. He is running in the ticket of incumbent Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Trenas.
