How do we deal with anxiety and depression and keep good mental health amidst the pandemic?  Rose Jessica "Jet" Octaviano,  a long-time mental health advocate shares the basic tips for good mental health.  Jet is a Lifestyle Columnist of  Digicast Negros, a  member of Toastmasters International,  has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and finished her academic course in Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution.  She's a former Chapter Executive Manager of Philippine Mental Heath Association-Bacolod, and currently, working at H.O.P.E. Volunteers Foundation, Inc. as Program Director.
