Hey y'all, Queen J here, join me and my special guest feature and bestie, Antwonn as we discuss how we navigate balance while healing. In this episode, We will discuss balancing our identity's of unhealed and healed. This episode centers on sensitive areas of mental health disorder symptoms including but not limited to intrusive thought patterns, emotional triggers, the exploration of mental escape around trauma and and other internal conflict that desires stability. We will focus on ways to navigate through balancing identity while healing, along with different methods to maintain balance. I.e. Exploring new hobbies. When looking at ways to maintain peace while managing heavy emotion this can be extremely difficult to find ways to recenter ourselves, Think on the ways you would like to incorporate a routine, hobby, or practice to maintain your internal balance along your healing journey.
