She founded ClearPath Health in March of 2021. ClearPath provides outpatient mental health services to children and adults. Their services are provided in the clients' homes, via teletherapy, and at their locations. They provide mental health therapy and medications for symptoms of mental illness. In the future, they will also provide Case Management Services.

Their goal is to be the best mental health agency in the county by providing quality care for their clients while treating their staff well and giving back to the community. Tamara is passionate about community service, especially the under-served Hispanic community that silently struggles with mental illness. Tamara hopes to grow to many clinics all around Florida and serve as many clients as possible in the quickest most effective ways by training her clinicians in the latest treatments.
