The question that has kept philosophers and scientists alike busy since it was first asked: is mind separate from matter? In other words, is consciousness separate from the physical universe? In this short episode, I make the argument that, just as there is a pool of elements in the universe that we complex beings borrow from to make our bodies, there is a pool of consciousness that we borrow from to make our minds.
