Abby Webster (known online as IndigoGrrrl) has been an entrepreneur in the wellness industry since 1999 when she started her first small business as a licensed massage therapist. In the many years since she's studied Northern Traditional Thai bodywork, energy work (she's a Reiki Master though now works more specifically with Prana flow), completed her 500-hour advanced Yoga Teacher training, owned/operated brick & mortar wellness studios for 17 years, established & co-facilitated a Registered Yoga School, and assisted in training over 200 yoga teachers (and thousands of students). Hosting yoga/wellness retreats has been a passion since 2018 that she continues to deepen. She calls the Midwest home with her 3 teenagers, 3 birds, 2 cats....and apparently a boyfriend now?!
