Asking the right questions can be important tools for us learn. The Apostle Paul poses numerous rhetorical questions in Romans 8 , in order to direct the readers (and listeners) to the most obvious of answers - for the purpose of encouragement of the saints, edification of the church, & the elaboration of the gospel.
The answer, although very obvious, is also the greatest of blessings to us as God's people!
