Evie and Alexis share their experiences of making career changes and the impact it had on their lives. From Special Education teacher having panic attacks in the school bathroom to becoming a health coach and starting her own business to help others optimize their health, Evie shares the process she followed to break free from career anxiety. Alexis shares the process of starting out in a typical Physical Therapy clinic and wanting to help patients beyond the typical clinical environment and deciding there was a better way to treat people. From working with multiple patients at once to providing individualized care to each patient, Alexis shares how she opened Absolute Kinetics with the mission to change the way people experience care.
