Despite having not slept, the Kiwi Valtteri Bottas was still in great form and I was able to have a super interesting chat with him over zoom. Josh gave us an insight into just how he went from working in McDonald’s, to surpassing 200k subscribers on YouTube. Also, who knew he used to do sim racing professionally?!
