We take a look at the Southern gothic classic, Eve's Bayou which questions memory and showcases haunting through the eyes of a young Black girl coming of age, and the consequences of choices as an adult. This is the selection of M. Haynes who said that a review of Black speculative fiction would not be complete without Eve's Bayou.
