Donna Jones was the first woman to hold the position of Leader of Portsmouth City council a post she took up in 2014. Donna is from Portsmouth, born and raised in North End. During the last 4 years she was the only woman in the country to be leading a Conservative lead city in the UK. She's a serving member of the judiciary and a has a back ground in banking & investments.
