After the tragic loss of her son, she founded a ministry for Grieving Mothers called MOAN (Mother’s of Angels Nearby). She is also and astute business woman and she and her husband are the founders of Ringside Rescue – Advocates for At Risk Youth, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting for the youth in their immediate and surrounding communities as well as, owners of Southpaw Gym – Boxing, Muay Thai & Mixed Martial Arts.
