Description

Binge drinking, giving alcohol a good nudge, consistent drinking, social drinking and whatever else its called.... The question for this is, how do you feel in the morning after....Honestly?

With the tools I have obtained over these past few months, I've noticed just how different I feel the day after a night out or just even after a bunch of drinks at home.

Its a mental battlefield ( that's my opinion ) but these days I'm able to go internal in order to defend myself against negative thoughts that breed inside our tired and drained minds, so awareness of how we feel and why we feel like this is a step towards the ability to create positivity reinforcement, we defiantly don't want anyone going down the negative road the morning after. 

I'm not an expert but since a lot of people like to indulge in the social lubricator, why not share my prospective.
