Baltimore City District 4 Councilmember Mark Conway joins the podcast to discuss his work on the council and in the community. Mark Conway hails from the Bronx, New York. Mark studied Government and Politics and Philosophy at the University of Maryland. After completing his undergraduate studies, he pursued a Master’s of Public Policy while working at the Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C.
